    1. The location is very convenient, right next to Karwan Bazar Metro and on Panthopath road, making it easy to get Uber/taxi/CNG/rickshaw 2. The rooms are rather small, especially the deluxe rooms in the backside with no access to sunlight. I's rather dull and depressive 3. The restaurant is mediocre at best, with limited choice of food items. There is NO roof top facility - no swimming pool or restaurant. 4. Even though it's right on the main street, due to the lack of purpose built design, it's difficult to pull over a Uber or taxi in front. It was originally an office building and hence the concierge is poor and lack luster. 5. Little too highly priced for the facilities you get here. You may like to compare the nearby Shuktara hotel in Farmgate area with lot better amenities, albeit difficult to access due to narrow and crowded street. 6. Should be priced lower

    The hotel suff are worst specially the receptionist guys. I have ever seen a worst hotel like this in my whole life ever. You should avoid it.
