Loved it

Oliver is a super chill guy great recommendations! The apartment was a great price range, pool was fun. They are very open minded. Never got any hassle. Felt like i got to have my peace here, truly. Could play music do my thing nobody bothered me.

All great! Few clunky items in the place but didn’t bother me at all! Few more bags for trash would be nice though.

The apartment was as described but it was more exposed to noise than I anticipated

it is conveniently situated in the center of Cabarete, it is clean , they were responsive when there were issues, staff was nice. There is a nice pool.

The apartment is on the street side so it is very noisy because of the incessant traffic of loud motorcycles that is the plague of Domenican Republic .

Incontestablement, l'excellent accueil et service de Oliver, digne d'un "super hôte" qui prend soin de sa clientèle. En tous points, l'appartement était à la hauteur de mes attentes. Bien équipé, je n'ai manqué de rien durant mon séjour. Le patio situé à l'arrière offre une belle intimité où l'on peut relaxer dans un hamac. La connexion WI-FI fût très bonne et m'a permis d'effectuer mon travail en ligne, sans difficulté. Bidon d'eau potable fourni avec pompe électrique. Cafetière italienne. L'endroit est aménagé d'une diversité d'arbres magnifiques et, à quelques pas, accès à la piscine toujours bien entretenue. Plage à 100m et plusieurs bons restos, épiceries et dépanneurs à proximité. Je compte bien y revenir l'an prochain, cette fois-ci pour tout un mois.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży, restauracji, sklepów. świetny kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo miły i pomocny portier. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni, klimatyzacja i wentylatory. Polecam ten apartament i dziękuję za miły pobyt.

Trochę szkoda, że na przyjazd są ręczniki, a nie ma mydła w łazience, chociaż do umycia rąk. I dobrze by było, żeby było chociaż kilka leżaków na plaży dla gości Cita de Sol.

Fantastisch verblijf op een toplocatie met prachtig zwembad!

Fantastisch! Het is nog veel mooier dan op de foto’s. We hebben weinig van de omgeving gezien omdat de plek aan het zwembad echt heerlijk was. Niet super druk, fijne bedjes. Het appartement was fantastisch, van alle gemakken voorzien en het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam!

Very comfortable and great location! Clean and spacious flats, also suitable for longer stays. The pool area is lovely and invites you to relax. The equipment of the apartment was complete.

Great location, great communication from owner, clean, water was brought to our room, grounds were very nice

All was good. If I were to give a negative it would be that beds were not very comfortable but overall we would stay again!

Beautiful apartment

We had everything we needed, a lot of space, comfortable bed, you can reach everything by foot, beautiful view from the balcony. Absolutely nothing to complain, it was amazing!

Very poor

This is a budget accommodation. When I checked in the cable to the TV was broken. I told him no big deal for now. There are few lights in the main area and the main light was burned out. The screen to the balcony was ripped so bugs and mosquitoes could get in. There were no backup trash bags and there was no dish soap. It was also unbearably hot due to no A/C. (Photo of ripped screen attached for proof) I messaged the manager but the response was rude and said to talk to the "porter". I tried. I was trying to figure out the charges for the A/C. I also asked if they could possibly fix the broken lights so that I could see. Somebody came the next day and changed the light bulb but it was still not working. And now the only other light wasn't working either. There was a massive bug infestation. They were literally crawling all over the floors and the walls. I asked about that and somebody brought me bug spray and said I could only use it for a couple of minutes and had to hand it back to them. They do not clean the room while you are here. The next day somebody changed the other light bulb but the lights still did not work. When I asked because I couldn't see, I was told to "buy my own lamp" and stop bothering staff because this is not a hotel. I was not aware that wanting lighting in your room was too much to ask. Apparently, you need to bring your own lamp! The internet consistently went out while I was there. And by the way, they never fixed the TV. Or the bug infestation. Make sure to buy your own dish soap and trash bags and light bulbs or lamps. I was told that my reservation would not be honored and canceled and I was being kicked out. Shockingly horrible treatment. And gaslighting. Kept calling me crazy for asking for bugs and lights to be fixed. EDIT: Me dirty?? I was constantly cleaning the whole time I was there!

Good location

This was without a doubt the worst host ive ever had. Had a problem with the a/c - and not only he blamed me for “using it” he also suggested me to “open the door and the window cause its better for my health”.

Very nice apartment, with everything one can possibly need to have a nice and comfortable stay. Was very closed to the beach, with many restaurants and stores around. I would definitely stay there again!

Location... Location... Location. This is the place to go if you meant to be in cabarete. Simple, clean, great location, quiet. This place is close to the main road and main restaurants in cabarete. Oliver the owner looks forward your comfortability. You just have to pay a small fee for AC consumption, but you just need it in the night to sleep tight.
