Incredible renovations! This unit has been fully upgraded including designer furniture, quartz counters, contemporary furnishings, stainless steel appliances and much more! The Luau towers are located on the beach side of the Sandestin Resort next to the famous Sandestin Hilton Hotel. The buildings offer a variety of entertainment for the guests such as a 12,000 square foot private pool, a tiki bar, hot tub, exercise room, private parking and a short walk to restaurants, bars and the private beaches of Sandestin.
As you walk into the 1-bedroom unit, you can immediately appreciate the spaciousness of the condo and the chic décor and environment that it offers. This unit has an open concept layout allowing plenty of light in from the wall of windows that faces the beach. This unit can sleep up to 4 guests and would be perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway by the beach. This condo offers the following:

For the snorkelers in your group, they will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The condo was really nice and located in a great area. The only problem was I rented the condo because it had a golf cart with the rental. There was no golf cart available. I did finally get a message from the host and they said, "there's no golf cart access because we lost our parking space". Well, don't advertise you have one when you don't. They said they removed it from their listing but VRBO hasn't. Offered no credit, nothing. Response was basically, NOT OUR PROBLEM.

Our overall stay was excellent. We enjoyed the location; the room was only on the third floor. The golf cart was a pleasant convenience, and we appreciated it. If I could say one thing, it would be that the back door was hard to open and close, and check-in was a little confusing on the welcome note, other than that we had a wonderful time
