Welcome to the beautifully renovated duplex apartment in the garden house at Villa Sonnenschein. Villa Sonnenschein is a prime example of the classic spa architecture found in the imperial spas and treats its guests to a location close to the beach in a quiet setting. The property is fully fenced.
With 42 square meters of living space, the apartment can accommodate up to three people. Ideally, the third person should be a child. On the first floor of the apartment is a fully equipped kitchenette with a cozy dining area. You’ll find all the necessary appliances here, such as a 4-burner stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, and other kitchen gadgets. There’s also a radio with Bluetooth and wireless charging for your entertainment. The kitchen opens onto the spacious terrace. Enjoy your meals in the sunshine or raise a glass of wine during festive get-togethers.
The bathroom, featuring a toilet, sink, shower, and a large mirror with an integrated digital clock and lighting, is also located on the lower level.
You’ll find peace and quiet upstairs on the upper level. Here, you’ll find a thoughtfully arranged sleeping area featuring a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters), a sleeper chair (0.80 x 2.00 meters) for a third person, a wardrobe, and your own TV. In the morning, you can sit on the adjoining balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view of the surrounding area.
A private parking space for your car is available free of charge at the house. A laundry room is also available in the villa for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a mattress (without linens) and a high chair are provided.
