Walk in to amazing views from the Great Room and out on the oversized deck. You can walk to the Grand Elk clubhouse for delicious food and outstanding cocktails. Master bedroom enjoys the same beautiful vista and you can enjoy in the sitting area for morning coffee. Linger in the master bathroom with a soaking tub complete with provided bath bombs. The multi-head shower is just the thing to revive you after you play 18. Upstairs is another master suite with an adjacent sleeping area featuring 2 twins and a full bath accessible from both spaces. Your little ones will love the secret room complete with playhouse toys and loads of books. Downstairs is another living area complete with a wet bar including a working kegorator. Walk out to the downstairs patio and enjoy a swing which is the ideal spot to watch all the wildlife activity. The Queen bedroom is just off the living area downstairs and adjacent to the full bath and bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. The living area has a large leather sectional which can also be used as a sleeping area with the extra bedding provided. Bring your 4-legged family members with you to Granby. There are dog bowls and a water dispenser provided.

While you are enjoying this amazing house, there are plenty of activities every season of the year. Winter offers skiing at Granby Ranch a mere 6 minutes from the house and the award-winning Winter Park Resort 17 minutes away. There is also snowshoeing around the neighborhood and golf course and all sorts of trails for snowmobiling in the immediate area. Depending on the year, spring may offer the best opportunity for skiing including the super fun events that mark the end of the season. Summer brings golf, golf and more golf right outside the door. Additionally, there is live music in Granby and Granby Ranch at least 3 times a week. Grand Lake offers myriad water sports including but not limited to paddle boarding and pontoon boat rentals. That fun extends into the fall when mother nature puts on a show with the Aspen leaves turning the mountains golden. Hiking is amazing this time of year and you can feel the excitement building as the first flakes begin to fall.

Granby offers many conveniences including a fully stocked grocery store that you can access via car or golf cart. In the same center is a McDonalds, Subway, Gas Station and a liquor store. Three minutes away is downtown Granby featuring so many fun coffee shops and places to grab lunch or dinner. Country Ace Hardware is a fun place to browse and pick-up unique items - we like to say "if they don't have it, you don't need it". Other fun local shops dot the Granby strip and are perfect for an afternoon of browsing.
