Guest Home in Regina -- Feels like Home

Chuk was a very attentive host. His responses were very prompt and helpful. The suite has everything you need and is in a very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

Reaaon for check in status being low starred is because the code didnt work and it was freezing outside with my young child. Batteries just needed replacing so no biggie. Cleanliness is a 3 due to dirty cups in the cupboard and there was a lot dog hair. The quilt on the bed hadnt been washed and smelled of b.o. There is a washer and drier so i did wash the blanket which took no time at all. Staying here was very nice due to location and it truly feeling like home. It was nicely set up and super quiet.

Chuk was a wonderful host. Whenever we needed something, he made sure we were taken care of right away. The place was nice and cozy. Perfect for our 2 week stay while we did our studying. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Regina, and would stay here again myself in a heartbeat!

The building is new and we'll equipped with the large items. It has a larger fridge, full size stove, dish washer and washer dryer (pods and detergent provided). There is no kitchen table but a tv tray that works good. When I checked in there were no coffee cups, 1 spoon, 2 forks and like 8 knives. No tea towles, no mixing bowles, one tumbler glass and the bath towels were paper thin. I asked for the missing items which were (for the most part) provided but then he called me."troublesome" for asking for these and other things. All in all a great place for a short time but I was looking for something longer term and this was not the place. Nice neighborhood with plenty to do if you have kids but not great for the working man looking for an intermediate length of stay.
