I came to Charlotte with my sister for business. We cater & needed a space with a full kitchen & this home offered exactly what I needed. The home looked exactly like the photos which is always a plus. The 2 bdrms & 2 full baths was GREAT! We were able to unwind & didn't have to wait for the shower to be free'd up. Stephon was SUPER responsive to questions & concerns. I will definitely stay here again & again. Thank you Stephon!

The overall decor of the house was cute. Enjoyed the selfie wall and the bar set up. The weather was cold for us Floridians but we were able to heat the house accordingly. There was a tv in each bedroom and the living room which was nice. Overall, the house met our needs.
Unfortunately,there was definitely a problem with the cleanliness of the property. The toilet in one of the bedrooms had clearly been used and not flushed. There was hair in one of the towels and hair in the bathtub. The bars of soap in each bedroom had been used and was dirty. There was a large spider web at the top of the front door. The bedspreads and some towels were in the washing machine and did not appear to have been washed.
It is my hope these issues existed due to miscommunication between the cleaning service and the owner as to the date of our arrival.
