This traditional vacation home is located in a quiet vacation home area near Klint on a large natural property, just a few minutes' walk from the water. Inside the house, there is an entrance hall with access to the bathroom and the larger bedroom with two single beds and plenty of space for a cot. The living room leads to a bedroom with a double bed. Cozy living room with wood-burning stove, games, and TV with the option to stream your own services via Chromecast and the house's internet. The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen with new appliances from 2023. The living room opens onto a large, furnished, covered terrace. Adjacent to the covered terrace area is a small room with an additional refrigerator and microwave. The terrace wraps around the house and leads to a large annex with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. There is also an open terrace with sun loungers and a large garden with a trampoline (use at your own risk), swings, and plenty of space for ball games, etc. There is also a large, open terrace in front of the house. Just a few minutes' walk from the water with a pebble beach and the Klintebjerg hill with its steep paths and beautiful views. Restaurant within walking distance. No rental to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
