Property was very clean and quiet and close to the interstate and town.

We had a good stay. The only issue was the water did not get much past luke warm. Normally is ok in east TX because its usually hot but the highs were only in the 50s.

The place was very clean easy access to the amenities and the host was very kind and responsive to resolve a miscommunication. I would definitely book this place again.

Our Boxhouse was a great accommodation in an otherwise odd city. The space was so much more than we would find in a hotel. And it seemed nearly brand new. We only stayed one night as we were making our way across Texas. But would definitely choose them again if in this part of the state.
