Apartment with a glimpse of Lake Garda, inside a residential complex with four shared swimming pools and a large garden full of greenery, in Manerba del Garda.
The apartment, located on the second floor reachable on foot, consists of a living room equipped with two comfortable sofas, both convertible into single beds, a pull-out bed, a TV, a dining table, and an open kitchen fitted with a microwave, electric stove, kettle, and American coffee maker. From the living room, French doors lead to the balcony from which there is a glimpse of the lake. The apartment continues with a bedroom furnished with two single beds, and a bathroom with a tub that can also be used as a shower.
The residence has:
-4 condominium swimming pools available from 01/06 to 01/09, including one Olympic, one panoramic and two for children. (You may be required to wear a swimming cap)
- 4 tennis courts (private lessons are also available)
- a mini golf course
- a soccer and basketball court
- a bocce court

- two bars, a pizzeria and a restaurant open from mid-June to mid-September.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba located on a hill overlooking the lake, where you can take pleasant walks through the The Rocca and Sasso Natural Reserve, from where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
