The new owners have totally redecorated this 2 Bedroom 2 bath third floor unit. This welcoming condo is perfect for families and couples. The third floor condo overlooks the pool and has gulf views. There is also two other pools one is a super large gulf front pool and the third pool is an indoor/ outdoor pool. The complex offers so many amenities, three pools, the Jacuzzi, the Tiki bar with burgers, the coffee shop and breakfast shop that doubles as a pizza kitchen later in the day. There is even an arcade for the kids and the beach is only a few steps away. This modern immaculately decorated unit is perfect for everyone!!

The condominium has a private balcony shared by the living room and master bedroom offering a gulf-view towards the beach and emerald green waters and long views to the East along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. 3rd floor was nice elevators were crowded. Patio and chairs and table were great for sitting outside. Closet full of beach chairs etc was so helpful to avoid renting chairs
