The Park and River Chalet is home to 2 newly updated well-appointed suites. The Upper, a one-bedroom, and the Lower, a spacious two-bedroom suite, are both well equipped with a variety of amenities to accommodate large groups and vacationing families. You will find The Park and River Chalet to be the perfect year-round solution for short and long-term stays, whether travelling for business, a fishing tournament, or a family trip to Detroit. This space is unique, clean, freshly updated and decorated in a modern style. Ideal for large families, business travelers and various sporting and corporate groups. The units have large windows and private entrances with keyless self-check in for total privacy. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for short or longer stay. There are shared community areas in the basement, a lounge, game room and laundry center, as well as a back yard patio complete with fire pit and plenty of seating. Grab the smores and enjoy!

The Jefferson Chalmers Historic Business District is a historic district located on East Jefferson Avenue between Eastlawn Street and Alter Road in Detroit, Michigan.
