Condo was spotless and comfortable. View from the living room and deck was great. Exactly what we needed for a few days break from work and to relax. The owner Christine was very quick to reply about any questions we had or even minor and normal repair issues that popped up. She obviously cares about the comfort of those who stay in her place. Beautifully updated suite at Suncadia with fantastic views of river and Cascade range was an excellent choice for our annual holiday trip. Particularly nice was the hide a bed mattress has an air topper which allows the user to fill so they do not feel the “bars” that you feel under standard mattress models. Upgraded comforter for the pull out is a great touch too as so many times pull outs only come with sheets and blanket. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook light meals, pizza, or bake cookies! Stacked washer dryer made snow gear drying a cinch vs having it draped over furniture to dry. We will definitely rent this unit again.

The room was so heavily, chemically “deodorized” that we could not hang out there. Lights were burned out, ‘bedside lamps’ require you to get out of bed to turn on or off. No drapes in any room, comforter was clearly not clean, etc. on the resort side, painfully bad check in- had to make contact and show ID four times. Nobody at desk when we needed help later. Big issue is food. If you show up after 9 pm there is ZERO. No vending machine, nothing. As for the location, 5 star beautiful Cascade mountains
