非常漂亮，风景也好，是安静又能欣赏到美景的一个社区，特别喜欢厨房和客厅的风景，直面极地教堂。电梯可以直接通到停车场，所以最后退房定出租车的话，即使拿着很多行李，也非常方便！
没有厨房用纸所以我们自己购买了一些，部分餐具没有清洗干净，但是好在餐具非常多。地址不是很清晰，虽然经理人拍了很多照片给我们，但后来发现原来要上台阶才能看到，如果带着行李箱过去可能要找一下，不是很方便，不过最后经理人还出来帮我们一起拿行李非常感谢！

民宿的地理位置很好，就在海边，270度海景，非常美！房子又大又温馨，所有的家具厨具都很豪华，且非常智能，还有壁炉，我们都非常喜欢这家民宿！房东人非常好，当天到达特罗姆瑟时间比较晚，他耐心地等了我们很久，还帮我们搬行李，带领我们去民宿，教我们如何使用各种电器，非常感谢！

the penthouse had a spectacular view. The kitchen worked great. The furniture was comfortable.
How disappointing!!!! No one contacted us on what to do or where go upon our arrival in Trumso - they knew of our flight plan. We took a taxi to the address on the booking but had to be dropping us off in a parking/pick up area for the Deck hotel as there is no road to where the apartment was rather a walkway to a series of high rise apartment buildings. Assuming once we got to the address we would meet someone. We wandered for 1/2 hour it was dark cold and windy asking everyone where the Vindley Penthouse was. NO clues. Little wonder as the penthouse is a single apartment in a a large condo one of many high rise condos. Finally a man shows up nonchalant oblivious to our circumstances. He walked us a 100 yards or so along the walkway leading to our high-rise.
Once in the apartment he briefly explained how the appliances work etc. and left. The appliances were high end and complex like the temp control panel or the coffee machine. What to do when it reads "put in more ground coffee" when it grinds the coffee itself. Or the how to stop the washing machine from going through a 6 hour!!! cycle.
NO follow up call!

This stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The accommodation was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully arranged, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The bed was comfortable, the space was quiet, and all the essential amenities were provided, which made our stay smooth and stress-free.
What truly made this experience special was the host. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely nice. Communication was clear and friendly, and they were always happy to help with any questions or requests. From check-in instructions to local tips, everything was explained carefully, which made us feel very well looked after throughout the stay.
It was clear that the host puts a lot of care into creating a pleasant experience for guests, and that level of thoughtfulness really stood out. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, and we felt very comfortable during our time here.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would love to stay here again in the future.
