The clean and tidy spaces; the vast outdoor terrace; the presence of two fans, one per room; the big fridge and freezer; the location, halfway between Parga and Igoumenitsa; the availabity of a free parking space in the street just below the flat; the grocery shop at walking distance; the windows provided with mosquito nets in very good conditions; the spacious wardrobes; the comfortable beds; the helpfulness of the owners, who showed up after a short time to sort out a slight inconvenience and kindly brought an extra fan and an umbrella for the rainy weather.

The poor value for money; the lack of a washing machine and wifi; the poor quality of the air-conditioning system in the sitting room, which does not work unless all external doors and windows are shut and which does not cool all the room properly; the rather scanty equipment of both the kitchen and bathroom; the loud music played till the small hours in the main square one night.
