Livingul mare si generos, camerele mari, saltelele foarte bune, livada de pe proprietate cu fructele de sezon, linistea, curatenia, bucataria bine dotata si utilata, foisorul mare si cu tot ce este necesar (gratar, ceaun, ustensile, arzator pe gaz, lemne, apa curenta, mese, banchete), iarba verde tunsa si intretinuta, dusul exterior, locurile de parcare. In viitor o piscina in curte cu umbra si soare (este mult loc) ar fi bine venita si apreciata.
Aici nu este cazul.
