Le prix et la situation géographique.
La communication tardive ou partiellement absente pour l'accès à l'immeuble et place de stationnement... Le Gps Google maps mène du mauvais côté de l'immeuble et mes essais de joindre quelqu'un par portable n'ont pas aboutis.
J'ai fini par trouver par moi même.

The location and the convenience of check-in and check-out are real standouts.
The studio is tiny, basically a student room in a kind of shared house. For someone young or just looking to spend one night, it's acceptable, but for a business trip I wouldn't recommend it. The shared bathroom also leaves a lot to be desired.

Posizione buona: vicino al centro, ma in zona residenziale e tranquilla. Se però ci si muove in treno è distante dalla stazione.

Non c'è alcuna cura in questa stanza! Basterebbero dei piccoli accorgimenti per renderlo più accogliente.
Dopo essersi sistemati è meno peggio di quello che sembra.
La porta del bagno comune si chiude male.
Il letto è a una piazza e mezza.
