La cercanía a la playa.
La distancia al centro. Aunque la casa está reformada, han mantenido los saneamientos viejos.

La ubicación por estar cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. También un sitio muy tranquilo no escuche ruidos y tampoco tráfico de coches se duerme bien.Para desayunar y cenar hay muy cerca sitios para ello y también un súpermercado por si acaso se te olvida algo o quieres comprar comida para hacer alli
Que no tenía aire acondicionado,tenía ventilador y la ducha no estaba a nivel y se hacía un charco y tampoco había geles para ducharnos tuvimos que ir al súper por gel y Champú.
