The value was awesome and the pizza next door was great. Basically a simple room for cheap price. The downstairs sitting area was large and a nice small kitchen there also.
Seemed a little run down ie sockets were loose, chair broken and some questionable repairs. The walls were quite thin and the layout of the room was weird and thefore it seemed cramped.
