Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne: dwie oddzielne sypialnie (1 łóżko podwójne, i 2 pojedyncze) plus jeszcze kanapa w salonie. Mieszkanie nowocześnie urządzone, wszystkie potrzebne urządzenia były. Również bardzo czysto. Właściciel sympatyczny i bardzo pomocny. Przy bloku parking na którym zawsze było sporo miejsca.
Lokalizacja jest raczej przeciętna: mieszkanie w niskich blokach (na klatce zawsze zapach papierosów, ale do mieszkania nie wchodził) zaraz przy jednostce wojskowej. Do centrum jest kawałek, a w najbliżej okolicy nie ma nic ciekawego. Trochę nas przestraszyło, że zaraz obok jest sala weselna i odbywało się przyjęcie. Ale okna są bardzo dobrze wyciszone więc ostatecznie nam to nie przeszkadzało.
