A localização é boa, próximo das estações higienópolis e Trianon Masp, também há mercados e padarias próximas.
Senti falta de um paninho de chão e de prato para secar a louça, mas de resto o apartamento estava bem equipado.

Achei o quarto bem grande e o banheiro muito tbm, principalmente pra uma pessoa.
Ela pode passar por melhorias na fiação elétrica do banheiro mas nada que seja muito.

Ótima localização.
O apartamento tem pouca iluminação e o banheiro deixou a desejar. A pia espirra água para todos os lados, não há local para apoiar objetos e o banheiro apresenta vazamento de água no chão durante a estadia. Acredito que alguns reparos e melhorias tornariam a experiência muito melhor.
