The view of the ocean. Best part about it. Clean (except for oven top. Crumbs. Great view of harbor and ocean.) Comfortable beds and pillows. Very good-working AC. Market at end of Condo building driveway
Under beds not clean, stove top covered in crumbs at first inspection by me) Only 4 Beach blankets. This was huge: the clothes dryer was broken!

The property had easy access to the port to catch the ferries. There is a grocery store in the same parking area. One of our favorite meals was in the restaurant across the street from us-Easterly. The property is very clean,
The dryer was not working during our stay. The living room could use another couch or chair for everyone to hang out comfortably together. The kitchen needed more glass ware

Great location, right across from ferry terminal at Red Hook and 1 min walk to grocery store. Comfortable apartment with 2 bed, 2 bath. We were 4 people in the apartment and we had enough space. Nice balcony to see sunrise over the water.
