I like our stay. Nice View. If I visit Titisee-neustadt again, I’ll consider to stay at this certain unit if available.
The Location. Accessibility of E-Check-in.
Microwave, Refrigerator, Blower, Kettle are all available. Bus is accessibility. Grocery Store for 15-20mins walk. Badeparadies about 30mins walk.
TV is not smartTV. we cannot use it at all.
The (connecting) hallway is scourging hot.

A short and convenient stay amidst the nature close to Titisee
Breakfast was sufficient with enough options to choose from. Location was really good with beautiful mountains all around the property. Very easy to locate the property coming by car or by public transport. The bus stop is just a few hundred meters away and very convenient to go to Titisee and other towns nearby. The room was clean with all the necessary things and the beds were also comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to spend a day or two in the nature and travel to some black forest towns.
Nothing. Everything was as per the expectation and since it was a short stay, cannot comment more on the other facilities provided by the property. Overall a good one night stay in the winter with good views of the forest.

Useful place for an emergency stay
Ended up there in difficult circumstances as my wife had an accident and was in the nearby hospital.. so I needed to stay all week.
It was very convenient and a lovely short walk from the hospital. The couple who own and run it were sympathetic, flexible and kind and helped solve a number of small problems.
The building feels rather run down and the room was quite basic. It was midsummer yet very few guests around.
Staff were only available breakfast time, otherwise it was automated check in and some vending machines. Also it was difficult to work out how to use the key to get into the room..

Perfekt für einen Ski- oder Badeurlaub!
Die Besitzer waren sehr nett, beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht wirklich nachvollziehen, für den Preis kann man überhaupt nicht meckern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Wenn man mit dem ÖPNV anreist sollte man wissen, dass der Bus hier nur stündlich fährt.
Außerdem wäre ein Raum um die Skier abzustellen noch eine tolle Ergänzung

Hôtel bien situé et pratique. Rustique certes mais le monsieur de la réception est vraiment très gentil et accueillant, système de boîte à clef très pratique et pas besoin de s'inscrire pour le petit déjeuner.

Überhaupt kein Wohlfühlaufenthalt
Das Hotel/ Zimmer sind extrem heruntergekommen, die Farbe im Bad blättert von der Decke ab, Wasserschaden im Bad an der Decke, alles super unprofessionell gestrichen und falls überhaupt ausgebessert dann wurden Löcher in den Wänden mit Klebefolien überdeckt oder einfach überpinselt. Alles sehr lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen. Es roch muffig, die Möbel waren billig und zusammengestückelt.

Gute Lage, man hat Geschäfte und das Badeparadies in der Nähe, Tankstellen, McDonalds, Edeka etc. alles nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.
Das Bett war sehr unbequem, extrem hart, die Holzdecke wurde wohl mal überstrichen, sah aber sehr unfertig aus, weil es einfach nicht schön gemacht wurde und man das noch mehrfach streichen sollte, bis es deckt und einheitlich aussieht.

Die Betten waren bequem, das ist aber auch schon alles...
Es ist total veraltet, es riecht überall nach alt. Das ganze erinnert eher an ein Hostel/Jugendherberge als ein Hotel, allerdings haben die Zimmer ein eigenes Bad.

Cena, tu można zaoszczędzić sporo pieniędzy w porównaniu do okolicznych Hoteli. Świetna lokalizacja zarówno latem jak i zimą. Ogólnie miejsce bezstresowe, można się tu swobodnie poczuć. Byłem tu już kilka razy i zawsze wracam.
Lata świetności tego miejsca dawno minęły. Przydał by się tu jakiś remont

Die Lage war wirklich sehr schön, es war auch mit offenem Fenster erstaunlich ruhig. Das große Doppelbett war auch sehr bequem. Kleiner Kühlschrank und auch Mikrowelle im Zimmer verfügbar. Ebenso ein kleiner Wasserkocher und Kaffee/tee.
Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.
Ich war tatsächlich vollkommen zufrieden für den Preis. Man bekommt definitiv mehr als man bezahlt.

Hôtel à fuire, ce sont des escrocs, vendeur de sommeil
L'emplacement
Nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans cet hotel suite à un litige avec la responsable qui nous a annuler notre sejour car nous étions venue avec notre petit chien qui fais à peine 3 kg un spitz nain, nous avons au prealable prévue une cage pour sont sejour dans la chambre pour éviter tout problème.
Notre expérience dans cet établissement a été extrêmement décevante et choquante.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par une employée très désagréable. Celle-ci a menacé d’appeler la police alors que nous cherchions simplement à obtenir une explication claire : où était-il indiqué que notre petit chien de 3 kg n’était pas autorisé ?
En consultant les anciens avis (datant de 2018), il était mentionné que les animaux de compagnie étaient acceptés, moyennant un supplément de 25 €. Nous aurions été parfaitement disposés à payer ce supplément pour respecter les règles. Au lieu de cela, on nous a demandé de rendre immédiatement notre badge pour annuler notre nuit, sans aucune possibilité de dialogue.
Afin de respecter l’hôtel, nous avons malgré tout fait l’effort de déposer notre chien à notre domicile situé à 110 km (soit 220 km aller-retour). Mais à notre retour, nous avons découvert que nos accès avaient été modifiés (système par badge) et que nous ne pouvions plus entrer. Nous avons finalement été contraints de rentrer chez nous après un total de 550 km parcourus, sans pouvoir profiter de la réservation.
Cette situation a été d’autant plus difficile que ma conjointe, pourtant germanophone, a tenté de dialoguer mais s’est retrouvée en larmes face à tant d’injustice. De plus, nous avons ensuite reçu des menaces par email, ce qui est totalement inacceptable de la part d’un établissement hôtelier.
Nous espérons que la direction saura tirer des leçons de cette expérience, en améliorant l’accueil, la communication et le respect des clients.

Bij de accomodatie staat dat je kan wassen. Ik ben meerdere weken op vakantie en moest dus ook wassen. Je mag alleen wassen tussen 8-10 sochtends. En de wasmachine duurt 1,5 uur en de droger 2-3 uur. Ik moest dus 1 ochtend wassen daarna in de droger en mocht dit de volgende dag er pas uithalen. Mijn was was doorweekt. En ik moest doorreizen. Uiteindelijk bij een wassalon nog een keer in de droger gedaan.
Ik vind dit echt geen service. Verder was het personeel niet perse meedenkent of vriendelijk.
Verder hing er geen sfeer in het hotel.

das Frühstücksangebot war gut, ausreichend wie in anderen Hotels auch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Diese Unterkunft ist für Menschen, die ein nur sauberes Bett, Frühstück und ein Badezimmer brauchen, weil sie ansonsten nur unterwegs sind um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir denken aber wir sind zu einer ungünstigen Zeit hier gewesen, da so einiges im Haus/Häusern passiert ist. Allem in allem würden wir wieder hierher kommen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Badewelt, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist
Das Zimmer machte einen sehr unharmonischen und lieblosen Eindruck. Die Möbel wirkten willkürlich zusammengestellt und passten stilistisch überhaupt nicht zueinander. Die Wände schienen mehrfach und unsauber überstrichen worden zu sein, was den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verschlechterte. Insgesamt war das Zimmer zwar funktional, aber ohne jeglichen Charme oder Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wer auch nur ein wenig Wert auf Stil und ein angenehmes Ambiente legt, wird sich hier kaum wohlfühlen.

La chambre est spacieuse, agréable.
Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'accueil par les personnes présentent à notre arrivée.
De plus, nous avons dû attendre jusqu'à 16h00 pour pouvoir nous enregistrer et prendre la chambre, alors que sur l'application il était dit que cela pouvait se faire dès 11h00. Heureusement nous avons pu laisser nos bagages ds le hall d'entrée.
Les lieux présentent des problèmes d'humidité , odeur et moisissures ; mais pas ds la chambre.
Il y a des assiettes et tasses, mais pas de couverts, ni autres ustensiles de cuisine.
Frigo à disposition (très petit pour 4 personnes) Nous n'avons pas réussi à le régler et avons retrouvé nos aliments quasi congelés.
Pas de linge pour l'évier de la cuisine et la vaisselle, ni torchon et produits à vaisselle.
Présence d'une route assez bruyante devant la maison (les fenêtres de la chambre donnent toutes de ce côté).

Grosse déception.
Arrivée compliqué puisque de nuit et le gps n’arrive pas à l’hôtel (plans, Waze). Nous avons dû demander notre chemin. Le propriétaire n’est pas responsable mais tenez-en compte.
Pas de réception donc un code envoyé pour récupérer la clé qui n’est pas le bon. Nous avons été contraints d’appeler le numéro de secours dans cette accueil sordide qui sent le tabac froid.
Dans la chambre, même ambiance, il y fait froid, cela met énormément de temps à se réchauffer. Salle de bain vieillotte, literie bas de gamme et équipement très sommaire. On ne s’y sent pas à l’aise.
Bref, très cher pour se retrouver dans une chambre très moyenne au bord d’une route très passante.
Je ne recommande pas et je n’y retournerai pas !
