The property is extremely clean and very spacious! Exactly like the pictures displayed. Kim is by far the best host I’ve ever had, she really loves what she does and does a good job at taking care of her guest. She also provides free breakfast every morning which is A bonus. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay at her place if visit Cancún .

A beautiful, modern and well-appointed apartment with all that you need. Spacious living areas and extremely friendly and helpful hosts! The care and attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay was obvious and extended to the incredible and generous breakfast lovingly prepared each morning. The location was a short stroll to markets and restaurants. Thank-you to Richard and Kimberly for the lovely accommodation and friendly service! Thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking accommodation in this area.

Very good and economical location, within walking distance from a lot of stores and a very large open air market. The host Kimberly was exceptional and went out of her way to meet the guest's needs. The apartment was exceptional and had a modern and luxurious feel to it. Free breakfast was included which was very good.
