隔音很好，聽不太到其他房客的聲音。 路邊白線都可停車，免去找停車位的煩惱。
只有浴室ㄧ面鏡子，希望房間也可以有鏡子。

CP值非常高，雖然離市區遠了點，但對開車族的話影響不大，離國道也很近很方便。房間算乾淨，被子舒服，房間無異味(重要)。密碼出入不用面對人。路邊很多白線可停車
熱水比較小，因為是儲熱式熱水器沒辦法一直連著洗澡。其中一個床墊非常硬，躺上去可以直接感受到彈簧的形狀⋯。地板面積太少，打開行李箱有點困難。冷氣風口會對著頭吹，只好反向睡。冷氣偶爾會發出一個高頻音，但不會持續太久，只是我對聲音比較敏感，其他同住者似乎沒感覺。

床舖舒適度足夠,不會太硬，睡得安穩
隔音差，樓梯隔間房門外住客之講話聲聽得一清二楚。凌晨一點還有住客在大聲講電話，影響入睡時間。

須事前匯款並未在網站上寫清楚！當天才發訊息請我加LIEN匯款！有點讓人措手不及！停車空間也是自己找！怎麼會說有提供停車位呢！
