Die Lage hoch oben im Odenwald war zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Burg und in den Odenwald. Das gemütliche Frühstück auf der großzügigen bemessenen Terrasse war das Highlight. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und hat uns mir seinen Odenwälder Schindeln und der Lage am Waldrand, von wo aus viele Wanderwege starten, sehr gut gefallen.
Leider ist die Raumaufteilung für unsere Familienzusammensetzung nicht sehr komfortabel gewesen, da in der Beschreibung zwar 2 Schlafzimmer genannt werden, dass eine sich jedoch als ein Durchgangszimmer (auch zu Bad und WC ) herausgestellt hatte.

Saubere und warme Unterkunft, stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf die Burg. Die verschneite Landschaft und die Sauna waren ein zusätzlicher Bonus. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und herzlich. Auch ein Spaziergang durch die sehr süße Stadt lohnt sich – ebenso wie ein Besuch der Burg. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir sehr empfehlen können.
