I really like their self check-in method. It's very simple and convenient.
The bed in the master bedroom is not comfortable, and the floor upstairs makes noise when people walk.

ของใช้ในครัว พวกจาน ชาม ช้อน น้อยไปหน่อย ถ้าให้ดีขอที่ลับมีดด้วยครับ และทีวีห้องนอนใหญ่ลำโพงแตกนิดหน่อย

The owner is responsive and cares. We told them about the broken water heater and the leaking kitchen faucet, and they came to fix and replace them pretty quickly. The house is in a gated community with security guards at the entrance, so it feels safe. It's in a quieter area away from all the hustle and bustle. The house itself is great, with nice furniture and appliances.
Looks like whoever cleaned the house missed a bunch of spots because there's still dust, hair, and little bits of trash stuck in the dining chairs, on the couch, in the bathrooms, on the rug, and here and there on the floors.
