A vista é lindíssima, mas o acesso ao 12° torna-se demasiado complicado. De 3 elevadores so 2 ou mesmo 1 a funcionar. Quando se juntam as pessoas que vem da praia, a espera é demasiado longa. O apartamento em si, é muito agradável, mas quanto a limpeza, deixou muito a desejar.
A limpeza, e um cheiro a mofo.
