The nice tasteful design and the very good location.
It was not clean enough. The toilet was not working properly and it made terrible noise. It had to be switched off to be able to sleep. The door handle needs to be replaced.

Good location, with a good bakery very close. Great market on saturday; good restaurant very close. Owner had a business on the ground floor of the building and was very pleasant and sociable.
The bedroom was upstairs in what was called "balcony"; however, no railing on the stairs. As someone a bit older, with mild balance problems, that was not appreciated. Also, bed right up against the wall, so that getting in and out if the other person was already in bed was not easy.
