Comfy bed, clean room and easy check in

Room is very big, bed is comfortable. But negativity is more for this stay
First of all people need someone to help with check in!! As all your property situated on second floor! I was not expecting that I have to go up with my heavy luggage alone!!! There is always someone who can help but not here! And I didn’t arrive at night. It was 9 pm! Why your stuff can’t wait till 10 pm at least on reception.
Then there is NO WiFi!! How it can be that hotel have no WIfi?? Is it so difficult to do that?? People arrive from another country they need WIFI!! And this is even more bigger negative reason why I won’t recommend to stay in this hotel.

Wry very basic room clean and close to airport
Basic a bit expensive for what it was. No staff presence. As a bit worried about security. My room was by reception so everyone had to walk past so was woken many times
