The owner has clearly poured a lot of love and capital into renovating this beautiful home. The finishes are lovely, and there is a lot to appreciate about the space. However, a few structural oversights and communication gaps with the property management company (Cadenzalux) held it back from being a perfect stay. The Highlights • Location: You are just a moment’s walk from the beach and fantastic restaurants in the town center. The convenience is unbeatable. • The Renovation: The guest rooms on floors 2 and 3 are beautifully appointed, comfortable, and clearly designed with care. • The Terrace: The top-floor terrace is a lovely feature, though it's worth noting you will have to carry your morning coffee up four flights of stairs from the kitchen to enjoy it!

Things for Future Guests to Consider (and Constructive Feedback for the Host) • Summer Temperatures: We visited in June, and because the home doesn't have air conditioning, it became quite uncomfortable. The provided fans weren't quite enough for a summer stay, and the top-floor room (which features a pull-out sofa—fine for my son and daughter, but perhaps not for adults) got so warm we had to consolidate sleeping arrangements downstairs. I imagine the home is perfectly comfortable from October through April, but summer travelers should be prepared. • Wi-Fi Connectivity: The router is located on the ground floor, and the signal doesn't reach the upper levels. Because the ground-floor living room doesn't get much natural light, it wasn't our favorite place to congregate, making the Wi-Fi limitation a bit inconvenient. A simple mesh Wi-Fi extender would easily solve this for future guests. • Property Management: While Cadenzalux was incredibly prompt and responsive when we inquired about booking additional properties to extend our stay, we struggled to get support for in-house issues. The power tripped three times on our first evening, and two major appliances were not working. Unfortunately, our requests for maintenance support went unanswered, and getting our security deposit back required a few prompts well past the promised date. Final Takeaway Ultimately, the bones of this home are fantastic. With the addition of A/C, a Wi-Fi extender, and more attentive customer service from the property managers, this would easily be a five-star experience.

the top floor was unbearably hot While having tv s in all the rooms was nice but not having one in the lounge waas inconveniet and rather strange it was troublesome connecting to the streaming aps and required a staff member to fix a cable the tv sshould be connected to the wifi before people arrive
