La casa tenía todo lo necesario, es muy amplia, las camas son cómodas y el propietario fue muy atento en todo momento. Tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de varias playas y establecimientos donde comprar
El exterior es más pequeño de lo que parecía en las fotos, el dueño vive en otra casa, dentro de la propiedad, es algo que debería indicarse antes de que el usuario haga la reserva aunque no es la primera vez que nos pasa y ningún propietario lo avisa

Unique accommodation in a beautiful peaceful rural location. Downstairs is a carefully created rustic living area, upstairs is an immaculate modern well equipped double bedroom and en-suite (three of each!) floor which is stylishly decorated and has wonderful views over surrounding countryside.
Access to the interesting harbour town of Luarca is about 20 mins walk away via various routes by fields and villages, then down 200 steps or a sleep sloping road - we soon got used to the walk back, and fitter for it too.
Mel the owner lives in a separate house across the yard. He gave us a fantastic friendly welcome, left some tasty treats after our journey and went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable week.
