2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Stunning Condo - heart of Kitchener Downtown

The Apartment was easy to find, picking up the keys also super easy. the apartment was clean and well equipped. The building has some great amenities, including bowling which was diffferent and fun. The host was always quick to respond

We had nothing but trouble with the parking garage. We had supplied our licience plate number before arrival, and everything should have been seemless. The gate would not open and despite arriving around 11pm the garage was very busy and cars were getting very frustrated with us, lots of honking and annoyed people (with us just taking 60 seconds to figure it out). We eventually just paid with our card (the button for assistance was no help). We contacted the host and he fixed it on his end. So we had to exit and re-enter to stop paying with our card. We then had the gate work a few times before it failed again. and we had the same stituation again. Eventually the host found a way to let us control the gate ourselves. But this was a MAJOR frustration during our 5 day stay. It probably wouldn't have been so bad if the other garage users were not so impatient and grumpy. We did end up parking on a nearby road (2hr limit) a few times to not have to deal with whether it would work or not. Honestly, the parking garage would likely keep me from returning.
