Apartamento muito bem equipado, tudo bem cuidado, roupa de cama perfeita para o clima, tvs novas em todos os quartos e na sala. Localização muito boa.
Só tivemos problemas com o aquecedor, é preciso revisar a parte elétrica, disjuntor não desarmou

Apartamento muito bem equipado, confortável, tudo muito organizado, cozinha completa com todos os utensílios, Tv de tela plana com SKY, tudo perfeito !!
Em relação ao aquecimento do apartamento, deixou a dejetar a lareira elétrica, não conseguia aquecer a sala e nos quartos, deveria ter um aquecedor, em relação esse caução de R$ 1.000,00 no Pix e com devolução 7 dias depois do check-out não achei correto, reter o nosso dinheiro esse tempo todo.
