Staff friendly, pub and food cosy & good value. The rooms are lovely and clean, beds comfy, a bath is always a bonus for me before bed and shower in the morning. The pub closes early enough for you to get a comfy quiet nights sleep, but you can’t hear it from the rooms anyhow as it’s out back through a courtyard . The only noise we heard was a stream nearby, lovely !
Saw family and friends and the locals are always friendly. Definitely recommend
Would have liked to have breakfast there, however we did find a small cafe around 15 mins drive away

The rooms were ok
The overall building needs a complete revamp looking very tired and run down. Only one member of staff working in bar and restaurant and she was very busy
