The property was in a great location, modern, well-equipped, with a wonderful balcony. It was perfect for a family of 5 from 3 generations, so good for the whole-family.

The location is excellent and the contact with the host was perfect. Everything was very clean, exceptionally the bathroom. The balcony was a great addition to the accomodation.

Flat 2 with a large and pleasant balcony. Fairly newly furnished (in April 2025), kitchen well equipped, nice bathrooms. Centrally located in town.

Tutto ok!

Posizione centrale e vicina a gran parte delle attrazioni turistiche di TORINO. Appartamento grande, pulito e ben distribuito : i 2 bagni servono direttamente le 2 camere da letto. Nonostante un piccolo problema iniziale, TUTTO E' STATO RISOLTO CELERMENTE E OTTIMAMENTE!!!

Non è un "problema" di questa struttura, ma del modus operandi che oggi va' per la maggiore : ovvero la key loker box... Non c'è nessuno a riceverti, nessuno a cui rivolgerti... Abbiamo avuto 2 piccoli problemini (TROVATO UNA SEDIA ROTTA AL NOSTRO ARRIVO E MANCAVA BIANCHERIA DA LETTO E DA BAGNO PER 2 OSPITI SU 6) ed è stato un po' macchinoso mettersi in contatto con chi ha poi risolto tutto!

L’emplacement, l’immeuble

Le service qui était plus que lacunaire. Nous n’avions pas le code pour rentrer dans l’appartement 1/2 heure après l’heure du check in et personne ne répondait au téléphone. L’appartement n’est pas insonorisé et le ménage laissait à désirer.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Apartment, leider ein schlechte Verwaltung

Sehr schönes Apartment im Zentrum von Turin, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Aparment ist groß und hat einen schönen Boden und eine hohe Raumhöhe.

Leider war das Apartment nicht sauber gereiningt und wir wurden über die Verschmutzung auf dem Sofa nicht informiert. Die Kaution bertägt 300€. Die Putzfirma sollte dann kommen, beim ersten Mal wurden wir angelogen, wir sind nicht zu Hause und haben nicht aufgemacht. Beim zweiten Mal hatten sie plötzlich einen Schlüssel, die Reinigung war wieder nicht vollständing. Die Bedingung für Müllentleerung und Reinigung des Geschirrs bei Abreise unter Androhung von 100€ Nachzahlung finde ich übertrieben. Man hat ja für die Endreinigung bezahlt. Der Vermieter hatte sich nicht die Mühe gemacht trotz der Themen von oben vorbeizukommen oder das Telefon abzuheben.

CALIDAD,CONFORT,UBICACION Y MUY ESPACIOSO.

La casa es preciosa,con ascensor de epoca,techos muy altos,aire acondicionado estupendo,cocina y baño muy limpios y muy espaciosos.Todo es comodidad y se está francamente bien.La ubicación es perfecta muy cerca del centro.Parada de tranvía/bus casi en la puerta.Aconsejable cien por cien.

Lo único a señalar es que el check in no es hasta las 16.00 horas y te ves en la calle con las maletas,sin poder dejarlas en ninguna consigna y en nuestro caso llovía ese día.Nos resguardamos en los soportales pero al fin y al cabo lo avisan al hacer la reserva que no dan código de acceso hasta las 16.00 horas,no son flexibles en este asunto.

Appartement is prachtig maar organisatie die het verhuurt verschrikkelijk!

De ligging, erg centraal gelegen. Verder netjes en mooi ingericht.

Geluidsoverlast van de buren. Zulke dunne wanden dat je er bijna alles doorheen hoort en helemaal als er een aantal nachten ‘gefeest’ word met geschreeuw en hard praten. Ondanks dat het na 22.00 stil hoort te zijn. Dit aangegeven bij Luiza, de host van Hostdomus (die traag reageert op WA berichten of helemaal niet reageert). Vanwege 2 nachten niet slapen door gefeest tot 5.00 uur, zouden we een compensatie krijgen van € 100,- maar dit nooit ontvangen. Om je borg van € 300,- terug te krijgen moet je ook redelijk wat moeite doen en er zelf achteraan zitten anders gaat het erg lang duren! De lage recensie heeft meer te maken met de organisatie Hostdomus en de host die wij hadden dan met het appartement wat mooi ingericht is en op een goede locatie ligt. Zou zelf in ieder geval nooit meer bij Hostdomus boeken!

L’appartement donnait sur la rue principale. Les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées mais la rue est très roulante et bruyante quand même. A ajouter: 1-2 linges de cuisine .

Molto ben arredato e pulito. Bella la posizione.

Oltre al costo della camera chiedono una cauzione molto alta e chiedono di firmare un contratto poco corretto a mio parere. Host difficile da contattare, non risponde sempre al telefono.

Nous avons séjourné dans un excellent appartement tellement bien localisé: Porta Susa/train, coeur historique et tou

Cet appartement est fabuleux: vastes pièces, immenses fenêtres, insonorisations parfaites dans une zone animée. Appartement impeccable.

Quelques suggestions: chiffons, linge pour essuyer les mains dans la cuisine, être plus généreux dans les capsules de café et l’huile d’olive. Ce ne sont que quelques suggestions qui ne changent rien à notre très haut degré de satisfaction.
