The location is 10/10. Jayjay is really good with communication and it is easy to check in and check out. The lobby guards are very helpful and the amenities are kept clean. No issue with warm water and cooking pots and wares are all provided. We were also given stub for water to drink and refill them. There’s a parking space provided making it easier and the internet is working fine.

I think the facilities and cleanliness can still be improved. (Please change the sofa bed or at least clean it)
