Vistas y terraza espectacular. Maravillosas instalaciones con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Al lado del alojamiento hay un restaurante calidad precio genial.

Quizás algo de calor en el apartamento 1, pero si abres todas las ventanas se ventila genial. Cuando se dan las instrucciones de llegada estaría bien añadir que es el parking del restaurante fronton.

The location of this property is simply stunning! The building is perched high on a cliff right above Benijo Beach — the most beautiful black sand beach in Tenerife. There is a shared balcony for the two apartments in the house, which is an amazing place to have breakfast while looking down at the beach from above and taking in the breathtaking views. ​We were able to enjoy gorgeous sunsets and beautiful sunrises every single day. What made this stay truly special was how quiet and peaceful it is. It’s tucked away from the crowds, with almost no one around and no noise at all — the perfect spot if you are looking for complete privacy and want to spend uninterrupted quality time with someone special.

​Issues with bugs and insects: There was a major problem with insects in the room. If the windows are left open in the evening — and no one warned us about this — the room gets filled with tiny gnats and flies that crawl all over you through the night. There was also a huge issue with ants. You basically cannot open any windows, especially in the evening, because all kinds of crawling and flying bugs get inside, and there’s no way to hide from them. ​Bedding and mattress quality: The bedsheets smelled of dampness, which made sleeping on them completely unpleasant. On top of that, the beds were very uncomfortable. ​Hot and stuffy inside: Since you can't open the windows to ventilate the room without letting bugs in, it gets extremely hot and stuffy. ​Initial hot water issue: When we checked in, there was no hot water. It turned out they had forgotten to switch it on. We had to wait about an hour and a half for someone to come and fix it. (Though, to be fair, they reply very quickly on Booking.com, so communication was good). ​Summary & Final Advice: ​Do not stay here for a long time — you will regret it. The apartment is tiny (around 15 square meters at most), making a longer stay very uncomfortable with the heat, damp smell, bad beds, and lack of ventilation. ​However, staying here for 1 or 2 days is totally worth it, despite the insects and discomfort, just for the unforgettable view from the cliff that I mentioned earlier.

It’s a very basic setup, no luxuries, but basic amenities, clean and comfortable. It’s well-suited to people wishing to explore the area on foot or by car (though the roads are challenging).

L'appartamento è situato sull'oceano, con una bella terrazza. Ha un parcheggio dedicato ed è facile accedere all'appartamento per il check in. La presenza di una cucina è anche importante. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, abbiamo avuto un problema e sono intervenuti in meno di 24 ore L'appartamento è vicinissimo ai sentieri

Pur avendo apprezzato l'appartamento, ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate. In particolare, appena siamo arrivati, abbiamo trovato un vermetto nell'appartamento che sguisciava in camera da letto e lo stesso qualche giorno dopo. (probabilmente per la vicinanza al mare?) L'intera cucina vede delle minuscole formiche gironzolare sul davanzale. Servirebbero dei prodotti specifici per eliminarle completamente.
