Ferrers by Unik Vacation

Central position in the old town, modern and excellent facilities, spacious and comfortable

Wifi did not work, but excellent web signal

Location, Location, quiet street in old town, size as for 2 adults, the second floor(which is 3ed floor in North America.) location which can be managed. Cosines. 3air-cons. Enough dishes and kitchen tools.

Smell when we enter the apartments. Toilet may be too tight for most adults. Shower booth needs to be updated. Only one kitchen towel does not help much. Cushions on the couch must to be wash cleaned. (Looks grey instead of white.) Garbage disposal instructions need to be clearly indicated as the renters are responsible to take all garbages to public garbage bins on the street. Map of garbage bin locations would be helpful. Picking up and dropping off the key in their office location is difficult with all luggages, but we understand due to the apartments located with other residence in old town location.

The location was perfect for exploring Tarragona, checking in was easy - the instructions were really clear. The air conditioning was great - it was really hot when we were there so it was lovely to return to. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Was quiet but was nice to hear some hustle and bustle when on the little balcony.

Living room area was quite small - was fine for us but might be cramped for 4 people. The bedrooms were a good size though. It was quite pricey but think that will be due to the location which was perfect.
