Spacious, well-appointed condo in lovely setting. Excellent value. Convenient location. Kaminski Bros. Chop House was pricey but amazing.
Lack of responsiveness of Vacasa staff. Never had comforter for master bedroom for the entire stay. Parking was a major headache. Lack of access to resort amenities. Rock-hard mattresses. Trash bag and dirty linen bag sitting outside condo door for entire stay.

It was spacious. Located on a private drive, outside of the town but still close to everything else.
- very outdated
- dirty carpets and stained coverlets on the beds.
- extra fleece blanket was as rough and sandpaper. Asked about this with customer service and got nothing.
- silverware was old and mismatched - only 3 forks. I addressed with customer service and was assured that there was enough silverware in the room, however after we moved in and bought our own silverware they brought extra silverware…3 days after the request.
- TV in the living room didn’t work, I was asked to see if it was plugged in or check the breaker box…
- housekeeping staff using the same elevators as the guests. Also, very loud noisy housekeeping staff in the hallways.
