המיקום מצוין ויש חניה פרטית, שזה מאוד חשוב באיזור הזה. הדירה מרווחת, היינו שבעה (מתוכם ארבעה ילדים) והיה מקום לכולם. המיטות מאוד נוחות, המקלחת היתה נעימה.
המזגנים לא חיממו מספיק, כדאי היה להוסיף רדיאטור לכל חדר ובסלון. קר בירושלים.

Building entrance and stairs in poor decorative condition. Minor plumbing and water problems, but attended to efficiently.

מיקום מעולה- דירה שקטה בלב המושבה הגרמנית, עם חניה פרטית. שלושה חדרי שינה מרווחים, ציוד מושלם במטבח לארוחות, מזגנים מעולים.
נקיון: המקלחת הראשית היתה סתומה, ביחידת ההורים המקלחת לא היתה נקיה, בסלון השקעים בספה היו מלאים פירורים. אין מכונת קפה.
