Living room has access to the large balcony with beautiful views of the ocean, palm trees and pool area. The spacious bedroom features a king size bed with plush mattresses, large dresser, big closet and a second access to the patio area. Enter the updated bathroom with tub shower combo and a separate sink area. Patio space with comfortable table, four chairs for outside dining and a bar table with two chairs. Enjoy the fresh air here while enjoying the sounds of the water. Condo also has beach chairs, umbrella and some beach accessories. The building has an elevator making access to the 2nd floor very easy.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
