May 29 Notice: The roofers are currently onsite beginning the roof repairs. We understand this is short notice, although we have been expecting this work to begin over the past few weeks.

West/Center Buildings:
ROOF REPAIRS - The roofers plan to be completed in the next 2 weeks. (weather permitting) They are beginning on the high-rise building first and will then move to the center building.
A lift and dumpster will be onsite during the repairs.
(this should not affect parking)
Intermittent noise is to be expected, including but not limited to: drilling, hammering, etc.

The kitchen has been renovated with stainless steel appliances! Living Room 50 inch SMART cable TV to Watch NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc on your own account

Gulf Village 201 is a 1BR/1BA, 2nd floor vacation rental situated at the north end of the building. On-site amenities include a gulf front pool & a second pool located with the villas directly across the street.

This gulf side condo is fully tiled with modern updates - check out the shiplap wall behind the TV! The balcony, right outside the front door, is a private use area with plenty of seating. BBQ grilling area on-site. Cooking in is a breeze in your kitchen area with all appliances(No Dishwasher). Enjoy your beach side retreat! Books & Games available and a pump to inflate beach items.

Washer/Dryer facility available on-site on the floor of your unit! Lounge indoors to watch your favorite show on the new 50 inch SMART TV in living room - stream Netflix, Amazon, HULU, and other using your accounts!

Parking for 2 cars is available on-site, permit required $37/veh - guest may purchase up to 2.
