The apartment is fully equipped for families with kids. It is clean, modern, comfortable and has a lots of light coming in.
I have rarely seen a rental house with such full and quality equipment.
The view on the sea is lovely. The beach is a 20 minutes walk away and has many spots for lunch and a supermarket.

Дуже сподобалась квартира, вид з балкону на море, є особистий паркінг підземний, що теж було гарно, автівка не стояла на сонці. Дуже приємний і пунктуальний власник. Надав нам усі локації, де зручний пляж, де можно поїсти, дуже багато корисних посилань. В квартирі було усе, чай, кава, цукор.. а також що було дуже приємно, що нас чекали закуски і бутилка віна, сок і вода в холодильнику. Чисто, охайно, затишно. Є просто усе, навіть полотенця для пляжу. З радістю повернемось ще раз.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit appartement! Alles klopte: het was schoon, netjes en volledig ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt. De locatie was ideaal en maakte ons verblijf in Split nog leuker. De host (Zlatko) was uiterst vriendelijk, altijd bereikbaar en heel toegankelijk. Dankzij zijn gastvrijheid en warmte voelden we ons meteen thuis. Een echte aanrader! We komen hier zeker terug.

Fantastic location – just a 5-minute walk to cafes and shops, and a 15-minute downhill stroll to the beach. The apartment’s layout was excellent, with standout storage that easily fit four family-sized suitcases, keeping everything neatly out of sight. Plenty of space and very comfortable.
We were on the top floor which was amazing for the view, however the building doesn’t have a lift which was a little challenging with young kids. In saying that I didn’t mind the exercise.
