Buena situación al centro. Muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Buena comunicación con el propietario. Calefacción funciona bien.
Tuvimos que esperar más de 1 hora para entrar porque no estaba preparado. La calefacción no estaba encendida cuando llegamos y hacia frío en el apartamento.

Schöne Wohnung, relative ruhig. Keine Hauptstraße und Straßenlärm. In der Nähe ist ein Spielplatz, das bekommt man schon mit. Auch war es nett das ich einen Ventilator im Zimmer hatte, das war nämlich bei 30°C echt nötig, leider war dieser aber auch echt laut, Laufgeräusche. Bei kälteren Temperaturen würde ich die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen. Der Innenhof ist ganz nett, aber habe ich nicht genutzt.
Das Waschbecken hing schon recht weit runter von der Wand, das sah man auch an der Fuge. Der Duschvorhang war etwas zu lang, aber das ist jetzt nicht wirklich schlimm. Am meisten hat mich halt gestört das ich ohne Ventilator im Fenster nicht schlafen konnte wegen den Temperaturen. Aber mit Ventilator konnte ich auch nicht wirklich schlafen weil das schon so Laufgeräusche gemacht hat.
