Waterfront Bliss, 2 BR Apt near Alki Beach

This place gave serious lake cottage vibes! Bit the master bedroom and the living room had large patio doors that let in the light and a great breeze (I visited in mid September). The view. The patio are facing the ocean was perfect for sitting with a beverage of choice and book, or just watching the sun go down. It was also pretty good for stargazing. The neighborhood was great and I felt very safe. I really appreciated the touches the management team added. There were helpful labels on drawers to let me know where utensils, dishes and cups were located. As well as on the wall to let me know which switch went for which lights. Especially helpful was the label identifying the location of the trash bins outside. They also had a coffee maker and electric tea kettle with a selection of teas. Oh and two water pitchers in the fridge which was really handy for filling up my thermos in the morning. My coworkers teased me about being on the west end of West Seattle while they stayed downtown, but the commute to downtown was only 30 mins by car. The sunsets and quiet was well worth it. (They quieted down once they saw the pics). Oh almost forgot they have full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Nicely done!!

It would help to say the apartment is down the stairs. I walked to the end of the first floor looking for it. The remote being tethered was a bit annoying but I can understand the need.

Great location with beautiful views. About a 20 minute walk to Alkai Beach. Clean and well stocked. Comfortable bed. Convenient parking. Keyless entry is a plus.

The location is convenient for Alkai beach, but not much else. Downtown is a 15-20 minute drive, Burien is a 30 minute drive, etc. If staying for longer than a couple days, the dish washer can't open all the way because of the placement of the oven. It would be very inconvenient if you were trying to load a full load of dishes.

Location right on the water was wonderful. Bright and warm apartment. Well decorated

The smell in the apartment complex hallway was less than desirable. Fixtures in bathrooms could use an update.
