La posizione strategica, nel centro in modo da poter girare a piedi per il centro storico
La casa si trova proprio di fronte la chiesa principale, di conseguenza le campane della chiesa che suonavano fino a tardi e la gente che faceva schiamazzi notturni in piazza.
