Location, view and beachfront access to sand and surf, clean, arrangement of kitchen counter and stools, and dining table, two bathrooms. Outdoor poles and spa were beautiful. The obviously new flooring throughout was very nice and well installed. We loved the Adirondack styled double deck chair on the balcony.

This unit was apparently recently renovated, but the final inspection and readiness for occupancy were either not done or poorly done. The following were inadequate: dishwasher not attached to cabinets, nearly spilled dishes out on floor, garbage disposal was jammed and switch was very inconveniently placed, two kitchen outlets had no power, ice maker was jammed with old ice and could not be used, supplies were insufficient for a two week stay(toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry soap). Kitchen equipment inadequately supplied in terms of baking pans, can opener was broken and unusable. Thermostat was very complicated and had no instructions, thus temp was frequently uncomfortable overnight. Also no extra blanket was to be found. One shower had a built in seat, but no grab bars to assist in getting up or down from it( we complained about this and a very helpful maintenance person, Kenny, brought and installed two bars and a removable/hand held shower head). The bedroom furniture was oversized for the room; living room furniture looked worn and was very soft and difficult to get up from. The master bedroom closet was filled up with three large apparently retired stools, and the living room had only one small end table with lamp, thus inadequate for reading. This was our third stay at Seychelles, and there is much we like about this property, but we cannot say we liked this unit. We both think this unit was rented too soon after a renovation which was not adequately inspected and checked.
