Η εξυπηρέτηση από την κυρία Μάγδα ήταν υποδειγματική. Αμεση ανταπόκριση σε κάθε μας ανάγκη και γενικως υπέροχο σέρβις. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία του ακινήτου σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Το σπίτι ζεστό , καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη μας .
Μια ανακαίνιση θα έδινε τεράστια αξία σε αυτό το κατά αλλα πολύ πρακτικό ακινητο. Μικρός θερμοσίφωνας για το μέγεθος του ακινήτου.
