Mainotti's house with balcony

Loved this accomodation in Aeropoli! Absolutely beautiful property and excellent, private location. A few steps from restaurants and a fantastic host who was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again and look forward to it in the future.

We spent five nights in Mainotti's House and loved every minute. The house is a gorgeous example of traditional Maniot stone architecture, sympathetically restored so it keeps all its character; thick stone walls, timber beams and lovely arched detail, while everything inside is modern, immaculately clean, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and simple meals, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless with excellent hot water, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi both worked perfectly. The balcony was our favourite spot, ideal for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine over the rooftops. The location could not be better; a quiet lane just a short walk from the main square, with tavernas, bakeries, cafés and shops all within a couple of minutes on foot, and easy access by car to Gerolimenas, Mezapo, Limeni and the beaches. Areopoli itself is a wonderful base for the Mani and this house makes it even better. Excellent value and somewhere we would return to without hesitation.

Very nice and spacious apartment in a side road of the pedestrian area. Everything is close by foot but still it's quiet since it's in a side path. The main parking area is about 5 min away. All is modern and fully equipped.
